Warm up: 
  • 25 toe touches 
  • 25 jumping jacks 
  • 3 x
Work out:
  • 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1, sets of sit ups and a 100 m sprints between each set 
  • if you dont know 100 m run as fast as you can for 30 sec
