Warm up: 
  • run 200 m or 45 sec
  • 10 lunges each leg 
  • 25 jumping jacks 
  • 3 x
Work out:
  • with eyes closed do 10 squats
  • open eyes 
  • 10 push ups eyes closed 
  • 5 rounds
