Warm up: 
  • 15 squats 
  • 25 jumping jacks 
  • Samson stretch (you tube it) 
Work out:
  • sprint 100 m
  • 5 push ups 
  • sprint 200 m 
  • 10 dips on a chair or bench
  • sprint 400 m
  • 20 squats
