thurs 4-21-11 work outs

warm up + do 5 squats on the min for 10 min and with every min add 5 squats. ex. first min 5 squats second min 10 third 15 and so on see if you can make it to 50

tues 4-19-11 workouts

warm up + 3 rounds of  50 jumping jacks 30 mountain climbers and 10 burpees then run 200 meters. or just run for 45 sec and that is 15 mountain climbers on each side

warm up + 200 m run 25 sit ups 25 leg lifts 25 super mans 200m run 15 of each the 200 m run 5 of each if you dont know what 200 m is run for about 40 sec. And remember get those taxes in.

warm up+ 5 rounds of 5 squats and 5 sit ups on the min for 5 mins. take a 5 min rest the do 5 push ups and 5 v ups on the min for 5 mins. If you think that is to easy then do with 10 instead of 5's

warm up+ 3 rounds run 800 meters or for 3 mins then do 50 sit ups and 50 supermans. have a wonderful Wednesday.
