Warm up:
- 25 jumping jacks
- 15 squats
- 10 push ups
- 3 x
- run for 10 min walk for 2 mins
- runs for 9 mins walk for 1:30 min
- run for 8 mins walk for 1 min
- run for 7 mins walk for 30 sec
- run for 6 mins walk for 15 sec
- now climb back up the latter
- if you need some thing harder
- when running for 10 mins and after the walk do do burpees
- and so on after 9 mins 9 burpees
- Have fun
