8-23-11



Warm up: 
  • 25 jumping jacks
  • 15 squats 
  • 10 push ups 
  • 3 x
Work out:
  • run for 10 min walk for 2 mins
  • runs for 9 mins walk for 1:30 min 
  • run for 8 mins walk for 1 min 
  • run for 7 mins walk for 30 sec 
  • run for 6 mins walk for 15 sec
  • now climb back up the latter 
  • if you need some thing harder 
  • when running for 10 mins and after the walk do do burpees 
  • and so on after 9 mins 9 burpees 
  • Have fun
