run for 10 min walk for 2 mins
runs for 9 mins walk for 1:30 min
run for 8 mins walk for 1 min
run for 7 mins walk for 30 sec
run for 6 mins walk for 15 sec
now climb back up the latter
if you need some thing harder
when running for 10 mins and after the walk do do burpees
and so on after 9 mins 9 burpees
