Warm up: 
  • run 200 m or just run for 45 sec
  • 10 push ups 
  • 25 toe touches
Work out:
  • 10 push up 
  • 20 sit ups 
  • 15 push up 
  • 25 sit ups 
  • 20 push ups 
  • 30 sit ups 
  • Then go back down the latter
