crossfit endurance

I have been doing cfe (crossfit endurance) and it is making a world a difference. It should cut my training time in half. There are more benefits to anaerobic and explosive training to lsd (long slow day) training. Not only is there more benefits but it will cut your training way down. So if your are a busy person like most of us are then cfe would be perfect for you. Iron Man Coeur d' Alene

This is just for me to track my training to see when things are good and things are bad. This will be my first post. I did run 6 miles to day. I have 207 days to train for this. It is a 2.4 mile swim 112 mile bike and 26.2 mile run for a total of 140.6 miles. That is one long day. But it is awesome what you can do. TRIATHLONS


Triathlons are good why to lose weight. It is a life style. And to lose weight you need to change you thinking and you way of living. Doing a sport or classes are good ways to lose the weight and keep it off. It is the people that will help you stay in check. They make you accountable to be there and be apart of whats going on.

Getting started

Hi I am starting this blog to help people with there fitness. I was over weight about 7 years ago. I am a 5' 6'' and I was weighing 240 lbs. I looked like I was 10 months pergnet. I am a personal trainer and massage therapist. It is about changing your life style. I am going to be putting different ideas on how to change your life style. And if you are already fit and an athlete then I hope I will be able to take you to the next level.
