Warm up: 
  • samson stretch 30 sec. on each leg
  • 25 jumping jacks 
  • 5 burpees 
  • 10 squats 
  • 5 push ups 
  • 3x
Work out:
  • amrap  for 12 mins 
  • 12 squats 
  • 9 burpees
  • 3 pushups
