Warm up: 
  • run 200 m 
  • 2 pistols on each side 
  • 10 push ups 
  • 30 sec samsons stretch on each leg 
  • 3x
Work out:
  • amrap in 12 min
  • 10 pistols (5 each leg)
  • 10 burpees 
  • 10 long jumps
