Warm up:
- 25 jumping jacks
- 15 squats
- 10 mountain climbers
- 3x
- 1 squat
- 1 burpee with a push up
- 2 squats
- 1 burpee with 2 push ups
- and so till you do 10 squats 1 burpee and 10 push ups
- If that not enough go back down the latter
