Warm up: 
  • 5 burpees 
  • 10 push ups 
  • 25 jumping jacks 
  • 3 x
Work out:
  • 10 burpees 
  • 1 push up 
  • 9 burpee
  • and so on till you do 10 push ups and 1 burpee
