  • run 200 m
  • sampson stretch each leg 30 sec 
  • 3 lunges each leg 
  • 3 vertical jumps 
  • 3x
Work out:
  • 4 rounds for time 
  • 7 lunges each leg 
  • 10 vertical jumps 
  • 13 v ups
