Warm up: 
  • 25 jumping jacks 
  • 30 sec each leg samson stretch
  • 5 lunges each let 
  • 5 sit ups
Work out:
  • amrap in 18 mins 
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 sit ups 
  • 10 lunges each leg
