  • 30 samson stretch 30 sec each leg 
  • 5 push up 
  • 5 sit ups
  • 3 lunges each leg
  • 3x
Work out:
  • amrap in 18 mins
  • 10 push ups 
  • 10 sit ups
  • 10 lunges each leg
