Warm up: 
  • samson stretch 30 sec on each leg 
  • 10 push ups 
  • 5 lunges on each side 
  • 25 jumping jacks
  • 3x
Work out:
  • 10 walking lunges on each leg 
  • 30  push ups 
  • 20 walking lunges on each leg
  • 20 push ups
  • 30 walking lunges on each leg
  • 10 push ups
