Warm up: 
  • 5 push ups 
  • 10 high kicks on each leg 
  • 25 jumping jacks
  • 3x
Work out:
  • 10 dips on bench or chair
  • 10 backwards lunges on each leg 
  • 10 burpees 
  • 10 push ups feet elavated
  • 4x
