Warm up: 
  • 25 jumping jacks 
  • 5 push ups 
  • 10 squats 
  • 3x
Work out:
  • every min on the min do a push up 
  • 1 first min 1 push up 
  • 2nd min 2 push ups 
  • 3rd min 3 push ups
  • and so on till you cant 
  • complete the min.
