  • 30 sec sampson stretch each leg 
  • 5 push ups 
  • 5 sit ups 
  • 10 squats 
  • 3x
Work out:
  • AMRAP in 20 min 
  • 5 pushups 
  • 10 sit ups 
  • 15 squats
