friday 2-11-11

warm up+ Tabata squats you do squats 20 sec 10 sec rest  for 4 mins. If you want a harder version the rest at bottom of squat. Happy Friday and have an awesome workout.

  2. Tabata squats are doing squats for 20 sec. then rest for 10 sec. do that for 4 mins that would be 8 rounds. do the squats all the way down and do them as fast as you can.
