Warm up: 
  • 5 push ups 
  • 10 burpees 
  • 15 squats 
  • 3 x
Work out:
  • run 1 mile 
  • 100 push ups 
  • 200 squats 
  • run 1 mile
  • If you dont know how long a mile is run for 45 mins if slow or 21 if fast
