7-10-11 work outs

warm up x3 5 burpees 10 push ups and 30 jumping jacks
run for 5 mins the do 5 burpees run for 4 mins and 4 burpees run 3 mins 3 burpees 2 mins 2 burpees run 1 min 1 burpees then run for 15 mins and you are done
