crossfit endurance

I have been doing cfe (crossfit endurance) and it is making a world a difference. It should cut my training time in half. There are more benefits to anaerobic and explosive training to lsd (long slow day) training. Not only is there more benefits but it will cut your training way down. So if your are a busy person like most of us are then cfe would be perfect for you.
